Luis Adriano Martínez Naval retains all intellectual-property rights in BALL. The purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-commercial licence to download, print and use the game.

The buyer may print the copies reasonably needed for personal use and play with family or friends. The ZIP and files may not be shared, published, resold, hosted or commercially distributed.
